Denmansmiles provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for managing commercial transport fleets, including route optimization features, real-time tracking, and operational efficiency analysis. Access is subject to an active subscription and compliance with these terms.

The user agrees to use the platform solely for legitimate commercial purposes, to maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials, and not to engage in activities that could compromise the security or performance of the system. Any misuse may result in the immediate suspension of the account.

Denmansmiles shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to client connectivity failures, errors in data entered by the user, or force majeure events. The maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the last six months.

All content, software, design, and algorithms of the platform are the exclusive property of Denmansmiles or its licensors. The user acquires no ownership rights over the platform, and unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of the software is prohibited.

Denmansmiles reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to the platform in the event of a breach of these terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. The user may cancel their subscription at any time, losing access at the end of the billed period. Data will be deleted 30 days after cancellation.
