What is included in the base price of each package?
Each package price covers filming crew, camera and audio equipment, travel within Sharm El Sheikh, and standard post-production editing. Drone footage, extra locations, or additional filming hours can be added and will be quoted separately before your booking is confirmed.
Do you require a deposit to book a date?
Yes, a 30% deposit secures your event date and production schedule. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of your final edited film, which can be paid via bank transfer or cash in Egyptian Pounds or USD.
How long does it take to receive the final video?
Delivery timelines depend on the package selected, typically ranging from two to three weeks after your event. A short teaser edit can often be provided within a few days for couples who want an early preview.
Can I request changes to my edited film?
One round of revisions is included with every package, allowing adjustments to music, pacing, or scene selection. Additional revision rounds beyond the included one can be arranged at an added cost, discussed upfront.
What happens if we need to reschedule our event?
We understand plans can change. Rescheduling is possible with advance notice, subject to crew availability on the new date. Please contact us as early as possible so we can adjust the production schedule accordingly.
Are travel costs to venues outside Sharm El Sheikh included?
Packages cover standard travel within Sharm El Sheikh. Filming at venues outside the city, such as other parts of the Sinai region, may involve an additional travel fee, which we calculate and share before confirming your booking.
